How do I find a specific item?
If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by collection/product category in the top menu. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top left-hand corner, which can be used to look for products using keywords.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2 days, or next day if you request by email. Contact: info@imnotapartygirl.com
Is my package insured & do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from I’M NOT A PARTYGIRL to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.
We can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, just let us know. If you choose to waive the signature, you accept our terms and conditions and take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. To do this, you would need to make a separate order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 28 days to decide whether to keep your items. To arrange your exchange or return, email info@imnotapartygirl.com. And we will reply with details.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as I’M NOT A PARTYGIRL store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items.
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information and we will process your order. Customer Care is available on +447555751394 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Is my personal information kept private?

In order to register as a user of IMNOTAPARTYGIRL.COM, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address and email address. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please update your account preferences by clicking on 'My Account' and 'Manage Preferences'. In order to process credit-card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that IMNOTAPARTYGIRL.COM does not keep any of your details on the IMNOTAPARTYGIRL.COM website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the IMNOTAPARTYGIRL.COM website. Navigational information is used only for internal purposes to enhance the customer-shopping experience and site usability, and will not be shared with any outside parties.
